1. I am so excited, I finally have Pantone cards which I’ve been wanting for about a decade. I got the Color Bridge version which includes RGB, and HTML hex color codes as well as the standard Pantone number and CMYK equivalent colors.
2. I found this gorgeous vintage Japanese accordion file for bills at a little market in my neighborhood, that was raising money for charity. I got it for only 50 cents – score!
3. I bought these cotton rib tops/sweaters/jumpers/cardigans from Victoria’s Secret online. I am allergic to wool and it is impossible to find 100% cotton rib items which I love so much. I was extremely pleased with their fast, efficient service (only 3 working days shipping to Australia) and excellent range and quality of items. The bra I bought (which I was worried about sizing wise) fit perfectly to my amazement. Big thumbs up to them! But mainly I just wanted to show off the pretty colors and textures in this photo:
4. Finally, not something I bought but related to something I bought, and it’s funny. Since my company name is “Super Camel”, the mailman who only uses surnames put “Camel” on the collection card which made for some awkward moments at the post office. He wouldn’t let me collect it saying that my driver’s licence didn’t show that Camel was my name (or surname) and that I had to produce a business name registration certificate to collect it. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry or scream but I found it funny.
